Self-service Hub

Added

  • We've added Single Sign-On (SSO) support using SAML 2.0, allowing organizations to authenticate users through their identity provider (such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace).

Users can sign in with their company account right away - Hub creates their account automatically on first login. After SSO is enabled, they must continue signing in through their organization's identity provider rather than with a Hub password.

  • We've added an SDK Conversion dashboard to the Insights page to help you understand how clients progress through your SDK verification flow and identify where they drop off.

    The dashboard includes:

    • Client conversion rate to measure client completion.
    • Verification conversion rate to measure verification completion.
    • An interactive conversion funnel to visualize step-by-step progression and drop- offs.
Self-Service Hub
  • We've added support for viewing webhook configurations on the Webhooks tab of the Integrations page. The Active Webhooks section shows your configured webhooks in one place.

This is the first step toward expanding webhook management capabilities in Hub.
