Fourthline Hub
Added
Workflow creation and testing
We've introduced workflow templates based on common use cases to reduce configuration time and align with best practices.
You can now also test workflow configurations in Sandbox using the Web SDK and Mobile SDK, allowing you to validate them before going live.
For more information, see Workflow Configuration.
Recurring Fraudsters
Added
We've introduced Recurring Fraudsters, a new fraud detection capability that uses 1:N facial recognition to identify clients previously flagged for fraudulent activity. Potential matches are reviewed by a human agent before a result is recorded, enabling more informed risk decisions.
NFC and QES App Components
Added
We've expanded our App Components offering and documentation with dedicated pages for NFC (Near Field Communication) and Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) components.
The new documentation provides integration and configuration guidance for both components, making it easier to build custom mobile journeys that include NFC-based identity document verification and qualified electronic signatures.
QES Automatic Provider Fallback
Improved
As Fourthline QTSP scales, we’ve added automatic fallback to our partners when a recoverable issue would otherwise interrupt signing.
Eligible signatures continue seamlessly with one of our partners without needing to restart verification, and still result in a legally valid QES.
What this means for you:
- More reliable QES completion and fewer interrupted signing journeys
- No integration changes required
API v2
Added
eID Flow Variant
We've introduced the flowVariant property for workflows that support both eID and physical ID document verification. The property is included in the Get workflow status, workflow webhook, and Get report as JSON responses, indicating which verification method the client completed:
eIDVerification: The client completed verification using eID.DocumentVerification: The client completed verification using a physical ID document.
If the workflow does not support both verification methods, the flowVariant property is omitted from the response.
