Biometrics

Added

We introduced Account Deduplication, a new biometric capability designed to help prevent duplicate account creation by comparing a client’s facial biometrics against those of previously successfully onboarded clients within the same Business Partner.

AML Screening & Monitoring

Added

We introduced fuzzy name matching to improve the accuracy of AML screening against sanctions, PEP, and watchlist databases, particularly for use cases where data quality is reduced (for example, when only limited or partial client data is available).

German eID

Improved

We enhanced NFC scanning observability for eID Verification, enabling faster issue resolution and increased reliability.

Self-service Hub

Added

We added a new filter option for verifications. You can now filter verifications by issuing country and document type.

Fourthline Docs

Improved

Fourthline Docs are now fully mobile responsive, making them easier to access on mobile devices.
