Integration Options
This page sets out step-by-step instructions for setting up the Web SDK.
OS configuration
Before integrating the Web SDK, review the operating system requirements for your target platform.
Requirements

Browser permissions
The Web SDK requires permission to access the client's:
- Camera
- Geolocation
If the client denies either permission, they must manually re-enable it before continuing.

Camera and location troubleshooting
If camera or location access remains blocked, ask the client to verify both:
- Browser app permissions in the Android device settings.
- Website permissions for the page hosting the workflow.
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
- Browser app permissions
- Website permissions:
- Tap Try again.
- If prompted again, allow camera access.
- Otherwise, open Settings → Site permissions → Camera, then change the permission to Ask to allow.
Samsung Internet
- Browser app permissions
- Website permissions cannot be reset.
- We recommend using Google Chrome instead.

Recording format
The Web SDK records media using formats supported by the client's browser.
Typical recording formats are:

Caution
Apple requires all third-party browsers on iOS to use the WebKit rendering engine. This configuration is not officially supported by Fourthline.
